Palm Beach Post investigation reveals Boynton Beach police sergeant misused restricted database to collect women's personal data
A Palm Beach Post investigation published July 6, 2026, found that Boynton Beach Police Sergeant Fabrice Jeanniton had repeatedly used the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's restricted driver database to look up the names, addresses, birth dates, and driver-license photos of women outside any legitimate investigation. Jeanniton had been reprimanded for the same conduct on a different restricted database in 2013, and resigned in lieu of termination in November 2025.
